The Technology Readiness Infrastructure Grant (TRIG), in conjunction with Dell Inc., is excited to bring your district an opportunity to learn about Next Generation Assessments, offered to you at no cost.
An ADVANCED application of the popular Next Generation Assessments series is being offered starting on September 8 and ending on September 28, 2014. This three-week VIRTUAL course will be delivered by experienced educators and is being offered as a result of the 2013 TRIG Bid.
Advanced Application of Next Generation Assessments is the third of three virtual courses that qualified educators may complete as continuation of their professional growth. Michigan educators with a strong existing background in technology integration and Next Generation Assessments will participate in a ‘masters class’ through this six-hour virtual course. Participating educators will synthesize high-quality exemplars with their own portfolio of formative and summative assessments to create, implement and reflect on a Next Generation assessment that is grade level and subject area appropriate.
