REMINDER: Kent ISD’s New Technology Integration Series Starts on September 29!

This is part one of Kent ISD’s Technology Integration Series. Each course features five one-hour sessions that you can access in person at Kent ISD or virtually via web conference. Each session will be simulcast and will include direct instruction, as well as workshop time, with available support from the facilitator. Best of all, this offering is completely FREE!

Digital Skills for Educators will focus on core technological understanding and skills that are most frequently needed by teachers and administrators working in digital environments. Participants will increase their understanding and skill with operating systems, file management, web browsers, search skills, shortcuts, and multimedia on the devices they use every day. Each session will include a task that will pertain to your work. Not only will participants learn, but they will walk away with resources they can use. Sign up and prepare to grow.

Dates and Times
Each session will take place at Kent ISD’s Educational Services Building from 3:30-4:30 pm. Recordings will also be available if you can’t make it at these times.

  • September 29 ~ Optimize Your Operating Systems
  • October 06 ~ Improve File Management and Organization
  • October 13 ~ Web Browser Boosting
  • October 20 ~ Maximizing Multimedia
  • October 27 ~ General Essentials (shortcuts, etc.)
